Sorting insights table

Daily digest email
Stay up-to-date on your latest feedback with our new daily digest email. This summary highlights the key insights, trends, and activity processed by Lancey each day, so you're always informed about the latest customer insights without having to constantly check the platform.
Feedback source
The feedback page now displays the original source of each piece of feedback, whether it came from your Gong calls, customer support channels, or another integration.
